    - Our Process

    Once we recieve your order, we'll begin production right away. Our design team will inspect your order and make any changes nessecary to make sure your design is centered and spaced appropriatly. If you purchase a mold that includes a custom graphic/logo rather than just text, we will email you a proof for your approval or feedback within 48 hours. We ask that you give your feedback as soon as possible to avoid delaying your order. If we don't hear from you within 2-4 days of proof submission, we will proceed with your order as designed. If we are unable to work with your file and we don't hear from you during the proofing process, we will cancel your order and issue a refund.

    We think you'll love your new mold, but if you don't we're just a quick messenger pigion away. Just kidding! Use the Contact Us form in the main menu to get a hold of us, and we'll respond asap. While we unfortunatly can't accept returns of customized molds due to the unique nature of the product, we stand behind our quality 100%, and we will always make things right if there is a problem with your order.
